Makes on cocktail
1.5 oz Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila (@21seeds)
.5 oz Ancho Verde (@anchoreyes)
4-6 oz Verde María Mix (recipe below)
6-8 Dashes El Guapo® Crawfish Boil Bitters
Squeeze of Lime

Fill a glass with ice. Rim with salt if you like it salty. Add tequila, Ancho Verde, and fill the rest of the way with verde mix. Top off with a squeeze of lime and several dashes of Crawfish Boil Bitters. (Trust me, these bitters seal the deal on this drink. You need them.)

Verde María Mix
Makes ~2.5 Cups
1 lb Green Tomatillos – rinsed and quartered
1 Stick of Celery
1/4 English Cucumber ≈ 3 oz
Green or Yellow Cherry Tomatoes ≈ 5oz
Juice of 1 lime

Blend veggies and lime juice together until puréed. Strain, but not too finely, so you still have a nice, thick juice.

Add:
1 tbsp Olive Juice
1.5 tsp Horseradish
1 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Green Tabasco (or other green hot sauce)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Spicy Mustard
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/8 tsp Celery Seed

Stir to combine all ingredients.
